That being said if you have less buyers in the market it might increase the market day supply of inventory.I expect this to affect the high end market whose purchase is often tied to asset base or confidence of their assets but may even increase the housing shortage with starter homes.Not financial advice just how I’m being mindful in my own business

If the place were burglarized 3 times, then yes that should have an affect on your insurance premiums as the place is the issue, not the tenant.

If I acquire a second house subsequently, rehab it, rent it out (past the "seasoning" period), and try to refi it to get some money out to repeat the process, will I run into issues with the mortgage on my first home when the lenders see that I do not have income from a job to pay for the first mortgage, thus will refuse refinance of the 2nd house?
