At the meeting 2 months later I ran into her again; she was no longer working the guru programs, in fact she was out of real estate altogether.

I am wondering if there is a loan officer or anyone else in my area that specializes in or is knowledgable on this topic and would be interested in meeting with me.

I’ve done 2 deals thus far in Virginia prior to moving and I’m looking to meet investors in the area to learn from and work with!
