Most lenders want an appraisal and want interiors you can't blame them.. on top of that your asking for a low balance loan that most lenders wont do..

That depends on who the tenant is national,regional, or mom and pop and if they are freestanding STNL or inline MTNL space.If inline the spot they are wanting matters.Generally the owner wants to control the interior TI for the quality of the build.

So here is some basic information- I have not been to the property yet but I will go see it within the next few days. from the pictures I have seen it looks like the entire interior may need redone such as new flooring, paint, counter tops etc.. it also will need an HVAC along with redoing a non attached garage or completely tearing it down.
