I don't understand this isn't rocket science
I run a company that takes care of reo's for the banks basically I lock them up,clean them out, tarp the roofs and anything else you can think of(and yes I still have the keys)I have a investment strategy that if I told you the ROI you wouldn't believe me.So where are the investors? My project is like owning sunlight when it was dark, buying IBM when it was an IPO.It seems like unless I have done 50 deals or have a 800 credit score I'm **** out of luck.Just Saying!

So if I read your post in an unfavorable light here's what it sounds like: "I have no track record, poor credit, no money, nobody I know will invest with me...but...it's great idea with an unbelievable return!"
And "having the keys" gives a small implication that you can give me (an investor) access to the interior of a secured property. I'm guessing that's a massive potential liability for the REO marketer/reseller and might not exactly be 100% legal. Others will know better than me.
Eons ago when I worked for an REO marketer/reseller we couldn't disclose things about properties like appraised values, etc. Pesky challenges with vendors, appraisers, etc. potentially colluding with investors...
