Polybutylene in home
I am in escrow on a condo and our home inspection showed there is poly piping in the unit. Should this deter me from moving forward with the purchase? Should we ask the sellers to cover some cost to replace (very unlikely given market conditions here in sunny San Diego). Does anyone know what the cost could be to replace it's a 1000 sqf.
Thanks!
