The nice thing about it is that it takes the big, irregular costs i.e. roof, and transforms them into a much more predictable monthly fee.Also condos tend to rent for a higher % of the sales price than do houses and are more affordable.

We don't mind "C" and "D" neighborhoods, as long as its not the worst of the worst.
