Help from our Columbus Colleagues
We are looking at several properties in Columbus Ohio area. But, since we aren't from Ohio, this area is less familiar to us. Getting accurate info from realtors has been a joke. Can those of you who live there specifically delineate which areas are the "knife and gun club" areas to stay out of? We don't mind "C" and "D" neighborhoods, as long as its not the worst of the worst. We have been unable to get this question answered by any of our contacts.
Thanks in advance for responding either here or directly to our inbox.
