Hi all,We recently bought and fixed up a house within a few blocks of a university. 

There are multiple first-tier universities in the area.

I just listed a house in Universal City and it was on themarket 1 day and we got a full price, not asking for closing costs offer.

I've been listening to lots of podcasts, I'm currently enrolled at YouTube University, and I keep on hearing about attending a REIA meeting so I am taking that step. 

The city has a lot going for it, it’s relatively small for having 3 major universities, major hospital, navy base and there is a crazy amount of commercial infrastructure going into Halifax, so there is for sure money there. if you are ever looking out west, for the 600k entry level we are getting 1000–1500 a month in CF.  

I am a finance student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville actively looking for a summer internship in real estate development.

It is directly across from the university and I think could be a great property. 

I stopped writing on elevated topics on BP as of about a year ago.I'd write an article about Rich Dad, and I'd get 300 comments - as if this is the defining knowledge in this universe.
