Hey everyone, I'm really enjoying all the great info available on here. I'm currently located in Washington State about an hour north of Seattle, but we are looking at investing in Florida currently. My wife has family there and the home prices are much more affordable. I'm looking to network with folks around Pensacola that can maybe help me get more familiar with the market. I plan on taking a trip out next month to look at some homes and would love to meet up and buy some folks lunch if I can pick your brains.

Hey there Steve. I am from Portland and also tabbed Pensacola as somewhere that I wanted to invest. I currently have one home under contract near West Florida University.
