I've seen a few that have advertised their connectivity, but after talking with those companies directly they're not really doing anything more than what @Michael Greenberg already indicated here.

I don't know what the chemical makeup is of the primer advertised to allow tiling over tile, but I am hoping it is a self etching substance that dries with a tooth.

Before I do that, I had a couple things I was not sure about.When working with a hard money lender, the typical advertisements that I have seen indicate that they will determine whether to do a deal or not based on the property, meaning, I have to find the property first, then they will determine if they fund it.

But if you read the pertinent section, once you start advertising the house features, you’re in violation of the law and they have been pursuing some of the wholesalers. 

Are there any legal issues with advertising for a property we do not yet own? 

I would look for accessibility to trendy restaurants.
