@Michael Lee somethings slip through the cracks but if you are constantly chasing them up, they are not the Realtors for you.

Does it matter if say the landlord is in a tiny second bedroom while the master bedroom is rented out to a couple with a baby in a 2 bedroom house?

Use this as an advantage to try and get a lower sales price.Are there major cracks in the foundation or wall? 

One had 2 cracked windows, and some other vanity issues.
