Condo fees are really high, apartment rentals are high compared to Montreal and there isn't a lot of duplex/triplex styles for sale.

When I look at a property that old I will pull all properties built up to about 1970 and then separate them by style and features.

Hi Ramon,The hardware would be a specific question depending on what you have and what you are replacing with.As for which to replace, I would think they should all be the same style or all mismatched.

Upgrades: New hardwood style floors, countertops, siding, water heaters, AC units (2), New paint, Bathroom finishes, Not-Upgraded: Kitchen appliances (all in good shape and looking good but definitely not new)Tenants: Hard to say b/c they all moved-in in April 2016.
