Doesn't the CREC specifically state you need a license for any activity where you collect a fee or compensation?

Has anybody (specifically in Washington State) put an option on a property, without a lease, and then found an off market retail buyer to assign the option to?

Maybe most importantly I can target the price range of the  specific tenants.

Aside from simple diversification, I'm excited about the other positives about the RE asset class specifically, and I'm just soaking up information, looking to learn and network with people in general here on BP and specifically here in the SD market.
