I shouldn't reveal this secret, but I've actually devised mail campaigns intended to create nixies, merely for the purpose of identifying houses whose owners do not receive mail.Then the mailers job is to quickly and efficiently identify the best way to reach the owner(s) or parties with interests by skip tracing them.The objective, of course, is to find the anomalies.

If everything is legit, she shouldn't have an issue with it.You need to find out what her objection is to using escrow, if it has to do with closing costs, write your contract to say you will pay all closing costs which you will pass on to your buyer.Quick way to end your wholesaling career before it starts would be to pass a major issue on to your buyer.Keep us posted on how it goes!

By getting fixed quotes effectively you eliminate the risk of having fluctuating costs.Would you say it’s more important to be very detailed and organized in your note taking when evaluating a property to present to a contractor for quotes or is having hands-on experience in rehabbing/construction more important?

We've had bottle caps, other metal objects, paper (its not a shedder, but some don't get that concept and thing anything can go in the disposal)  bottles, dirty diapers, non disposable wiped, female product, paint, motor oil, chemicals, gasoline, trupentine, paint thinner, kerosine........
