Her opinion of course, but the point is those mega-bucks lawsuits are RARE, often get SETTLED, and only happen when you commit egregious acts of negligence over a prolonged period.I am aggressive but fair regarding security deposits.

@Derek Carroll That's a good idea, however I do not believe my parents will be willing to do that, they are too skeptical and think that I should just wait until I turn 18, which of course is a understandable opinion by all means but I'd like to gain experience.

So your first paycheck can be 2 to 3 months from after you pass your exam.Don't worry about the interview, it's basically about convincing you to take the re class , pass the exam then come back to them to start with.In my personal opinion, your best Broker to start off with is Coldwell Banker or Re/Max they both have a new agent training program that is the best in the industry for starting out..
