Every state has its own licensing agency, however, I've heard that once you have a CA license there are reciprocity agreements with several other states wherein you can with reduced procedures get a license in that state.Licensing and MLS access are two distinct issues, for the most part.

why not form a separate entity that has a broker in charge that is like a sister company that handles the sales etc therefore making you an owner so you can take the agency cut that way.  

When I am using my mobile device, and typing is a pain, it's easier to vote on a post rather than write one that says basically the same thing ...

The way I see Atlanta coming from the Houston, Texas market is that you have to stay ahead of the curve since it's such a mobile market here.

agencies marked paid in full i will be disputing though. 2. i plan to live out 2015 very frugle and spend as little money as possible. hope to save 12-15k by January 20163. read a lot and study flipping and buy hold deals as much as possible. 4. hopefully buy my first flip or buy and hold by early 2016!  

We have a local RE Agency here that does that & I do not use them for that very reason as so many others allow full access.

With the economies of scale, your 1.5mm worth of properties could be a 75 unit apartment property or 150 space mobile home park.
