How about a Doctor who lost his license and was borrowing another's?

Kind of like when i bought houses after Katrina . and used the Gozone tax benefits of 50% depreciation day one .. you had to be a real estate professional or the real estate ( which had to be new construction) was used in your business  IE doctor builds and office  Car dealer builds new facility.. that gozone really worked for MS and LA getting them going after katrina.. 

Every house is unique and comes with it's own set of challenges and requirements.I've flipped dozens of single family homes, done ground up construction, flipped an office building, and flipped a medical building.

For renters, I don't care if they have big medical bills, a foreclosure, a repo'd car, or huge student loan balances.

They would be moving to another state in July, but can't leave earlier since the husband has to finish his medical residency first.

It is about 40 minute drive to Downtown Houston, Medical Center.. 

I was diagnosed with colon cancer over 5 years ago and if there was ever a slap in the face for the ages that day when my GI doctor told me I had cancer was it. 

Especially for the 30+ day stays you can attract way more than medical professionals using Airbnb. 

Maybe they need the $375,000 down to pay medical bills or buy their next house?
