@Chad Tessmann the short answer to your question is...yes, but it will depend on a number of factors, such as how your rental stacks up against other available rentals feature-wise; the monthly rent you plan to charge; your application process; where and how widely you advertise; any other quirks of your metro area.

Sorry @Josh Thomas, I don't agree with you on this, if it's your IRA then you should be the manager of the LLC (you keep saying managing member, this is incorrect, you can't be the member regardless managing or not).

Inaccurate ARV, inaccurate repair estimates, incorrect contracts (you are in TX you should be using the TREC), wholesaling properties off the MLS, inability to put up reasonable earnest money.

The contractor/builder put the foundation in incorrectly (to MD standards and not DE, per the blueprints) and had to redo parts.

Personally, that's not the type of investor I want to be known for & I like to be able to sleep at night.Many agents do not ask for report because of this- incorrect reporting by bad inspector & ignorance is bliss.
