Nothing new there.Recently I was watching some Tony Robbin's vids and in one of them he talked about the 6 basic human needs that all people need to feel complete:1.

Chicago many times those units your talking about are 2 flats... so 60 to 80k rehabs are not uncommon and like any other flipper they want to make 15 to 25k per deal.. just like any other human in the flipping business.. if people expect companies to do all this work to make 5k or something then they need to do it themselves. 

Another theory is that some glitch in their system or human error caused the WO not to be created.

In texas, the first step is going through the dept. of health and human services and applying to be an ALF.

Helps humanize what they are looking for to see if you can find a win-win.

I agree with others here you can use technology to some extent to run and watch your facility, but having a human there at least some of the time is better. 

The really big guys have placement agents networking with pension fund managers and also use broker/dealers.
