Hello All, I joined Bigger Pockets pretty recently, and I am excited to learn as much as I can from those further along in their journey than me, while also being able to help those that I can.

Holding up really well and everyone thinks they are great.

The first few years we used HELOCS to make the down payments on our buy and holds, as well as down payment on a flip.

If anyonehas any advice that would be greatly appreciated.

The mountain life pulled us to Spokane and we could not be happier!
