Hello Everyone,I am looking at Moving to Sarasota and buying a Heath Professional Practice and the sale includes the space in the professional building about 1300sf.We are almost at the end of gathering data needed about the practice and now trying to figure out condo space price.

I have a broker client that has told me he has secured Hard Money deals from a Chinese investor in the 6% range because savings are so low in China, even negative at times. 

I have a client who owns a cabin and land in Altmar and is looking to sell.I don't know many specifics on property just yet, know its a cabin, has electric but no water/sewer, on about an acre in Altmar.Client is looking to put together a deal here in PA and wants to offload this property.Any recommendations for an Agent for this particular type of property and area?

Good due diligence required but there are opportunities.Most of our clients will sell their property and then select from a range of existing product. 

I also have a regular full time 5days/week job on W2 at company X (single office, no secondary/client locations). 

Picked up 3 more A/B Class properties today to sell to our turnkey clients soon.We don't sell the C/D junk like many folks do in Cleveland, Columbus, (and everywhere)....and, therefore, we don't have fake CAP rates that are cute at 13 and instantly disappear when the first D class tenant trashes the place costing $11K to rehab.
