Possible Referral for Altmar area Agent

I have a client who owns a cabin and land in Altmar and is looking to sell.

I don't know many specifics on property just yet, know its a cabin, has electric but no water/sewer, on about an acre in Altmar.

Client is looking to put together a deal here in PA and wants to offload this property.

Any recommendations for an Agent for this particular type of property and area?
