Hey guys, I'm a young starting RE entrepreneur, been studying and learning for years, and now I'm launching with a major Househack and would love some guidance.

However,  working on one now where the instructions of submitting an offer specify that all offers must be at asking price or more and if you submit an offer at less than asking price it will be automatically be countered at asking price. 

As an entrepreneur, the scariest feeling is the fear of not knowing, or not knowing enough.
