Either the AC isn't working, or the hot water heater quit working, or a pipe burst, and on and on.I've thought about dropping these two properties because the trouble isn't worth the money I make on them.

Found out during the rehab's home inspection that there were (inherited) tenants in the property during the rehab, I thought this was a good thing until I asked what their rental terms were and got no clear response from my rehabber/PM.

My thought is to pay out the owner in 2 years, hold for another 3 while fixing it up out of cash flow, and sell for a nice profit after 5 years.As always, any input is greatly appreciated!
