I will be keeping part of the home for my personal belongings. garage and RV storage. ( I started another thread about building adu so I could be there part time in the future)I currently have a primary residence loan funded by fannie mae.

This young couple only learned of this when they pulled up to the rental in a U-Haul with all their belongings and met the current tenants (the original owner finally caught on, changed the locks and had rented out the place).This couple was not asking me for my drivers license but was asking me for proof that I owned the place.These type of scams happen on a daily basis.

If this PMC is licensed properly, you can also research which real estate board they belong to and file complaint there.You can also shred them on social media, just be careful you don't set yourself up for them suing you over it.
