The tenants moved last month and have 2 dogs.

It will be my favorite when I end this post with a picture of a check with my drool all over it running naked laps around the city as my victory dance!

Now it is scheduled for next Friday.I'm like a dog on a bone though so I was thinking of other ways to get this house without all the uncertainty that surrounds an auction (i.e. moving dates, auction cancellation, getting outbid, etc.).

hey im 18 years old and im getting into wholesaling and im bird dogging for a couple investors. my Goal is to start flipping as quick as i can, however being 18 it almost seems impossible but i have big dreams and know i can make it happen if i keep fighting to make those dreams come true.

Also, I am willing to learn from a wholesaler and become a "bird dog" in exchange of education and some guidance.

I am new to the real estate investment market, looking to jump into the dog pile of investing.

A house I found had a very well settled hobo & his dogs  PLUS piles of garbage.  

Or is LLC more for the big dogs when you get more and more experience.

I love the look of my cherry floors but I would never use them again IF I have large dogs inside, which I do.
