Landlord insurance in Alabama

Hello Folks,

I own a SFR in Gardendale. The tenants moved last month and have 2 dogs. Not on any restricted breed list. I found out that my underlying policy doesnt cover any animals (my umbrella does). Could anyone recommend an agent who could write an underlying policy with animal coverage (restricted list exclusion ok)

I am shopping around.

I'd suggest talking with @Jason Bott on here. He wrote me a landlord's policy that now covers 15 units. He was the only broker I found who understood landlording and the type of insurance I needed. Highly recommend.
