We do light commercial in our brokerage.  

Something came across our desk through a friend that we may be interested in pursuing.

That conversation took about 5 minutes of explanation with the desk sgt, he got it and explained to the lady that I send her some "junk mail" and that she should just ignore it. 

I'm going to do some inexpensive facelifting, too, at the property, (trim painting, mulch, and up-lights on trees) so the cool techies from Google will want to live there ;-) And yes I do have laundry on site. 

But wouldn't be me without a suggestion or two :-)From my desk top, I had a difficult time seeing the little dots that are the online indicators.I would like to see the "online" indicator  be more prominent, and a sorting feature to show you only colleagues who are online.

Most people think I'm nuts for walking away from a "good" salary, but I'd rather do great on my own than sit at a desk waiting for the weekend. 

Until you have done enough to where you can do this automatically, you can't put yourself into a situation where making those decisions is how the family gets fed and the lights stay on at home. 

This will be a light rehab so we will get it started next week and hopefully have it ready the same time #4 winds down.

If you use a registered 3rd party facilitator, the infernal revenue, views it in a totally different light, than if you try to do it yourself.

Once I saw the light at the end of the tunnel I left my job and jumped in head first.
