Also I have a few electric space heaters in the event of a heater breakdown that I can deliver to tenants until the HVAC system is repaired.Having done Fire/Arson investigation and inspection you'd be surprised some of the things people will do to try and heat interior living spaces either "cheaper" or to a higher temperature then their normal heat will provide, most of the times this ends in tragedy.

I've done some googling but I can't seem to find anything with this specific feature.Or if there's something out there that can deliver certain criteria lists once month (Ex: Tax Delinquent houses that are worth less than 400k in X area) Thanks for reading my question.- Harley

Even if you put an offer in, make closing contingent on it being delivered vacant, add a condition of the offer to walk the house and make sure you do a walk through the day before you close.

Buy it either thru the PX and have it delivered feee there or buy yourself and have it shipped there.
