Consider carefully and screen them thoroughly (credit, criminal, check paystubs, call their HR manager to verify employment, call previous landlords, etc.)You can conduct some market research by looking on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace for similar rooms in the area to see the average price per room for comparable properties.

The Animal must be properly cared for with no offensive odors emanating from the Rental unit, and proper sanitary conditions must be maintained within the unit.
