A couple of days ago my wife played me a section of a Bigger Pockets video on the topic of BURR.

Hi, guys.We kept it on the market for a couple of months, but then we rented it out on an 18-month lease, so when it came up for rent, again, it would be in the spring. 

I suspect I’ll look to move again in a couple years, but do feel that we quickly outgrew what cozy had to offer.

The plan was to raise a couple million among friends and family, locate an acquisition/rehab property, hold for 5-7 years and sell turn key.

When you get down to a granular level you have to make room for and build a brand new kitchen which will be very expensive not to mention the rest of the rehab. 

My husband and I are brand new to wholesaling and we have a situation we aren't sure of how to handle because we haven't heard of it before.

It's a standard cosmetic fixer because it has great windows, brick home, brand new roof and new water heater. 

I've been extremely intrigued by the large multifamily space after listening to @Jake Stenziano & @Gino Barbaro's Wheelbarrow Profits podcasts for the past couple months and reading on apartment syndication.

You're brand new to REI.  

If it's gutters or painting the outside something that's going to cause noise or take a bit of time I'll give them a couple of days heads up.
