Looking to network with San Antonio/Houston Multifamily Brokers

Hey everyone, I am looking to network with multifamily brokers in San Antonio and Houston. I've been extremely intrigued by the large multifamily space after listening to @Jake Stenziano & @Gino Barbaro's Wheelbarrow Profits podcasts for the past couple months and reading on apartment syndication. I really think believe large multifamily is a great direction to go in right now, primarily due to the economies of scale. I have been seeing a lot of small multi-family properties that are going for $100K+ per unit, which to me is way overpriced. As opposed to apartment complexes going for $40-$50K per door. Also, value add investing at that scale seems to be extremely lucrative. Depending on your goal and strategy you can flip or BRRRR an apartment complex, the same way you would a SFH (over a longer period of course) and make a fantastic return. Does anyone know any multi-family brokers in Texas? I would be happy to connect!
