What class of property do you want to invest in?

You may get lucky and find that in someone assigned to you, or a coach, or a broker, but I think it is pretty rare.The great brokerages will give you training....have a training room, have classes, but you have to be a go getter. 

I don't know how it works in other states, but smokers are not a protected class here.

Real estate is the greatest wealth builder of other investment classes in my opinion.
