Forgive me, but you sound like you may be new to web development, and I know from personal experience that people new to this typically think it can be done for much more cheaply than it can.

Most of the web resources I've found are very vague and don't provide much depth.

I have a realtor friend that signed up with Ocwen...try looking it up on the web or google it.

From the county assessor's web site you can often get interesting information such a identifying the floor plan as a split level.
