I've been to inwood before. it's a pretty seedy neighborhood. last time i parked my car a block away and was walking to a restaurant to meet up with some friends, some guy in a dark hoodie stopped me in the street and offered to sell me some cocaine.

One bath is in the finished basement (mostly finished, not laundry area), oversize 1 car garage, separate tool shed, privacy fenced back yard, central a/c with gas forced air heat, newer roof, vinyl siding, new-ish double pane windows.

I just operate in whatever environment I am in.But I am an expert at HML rates 20% plus I like those :)But I see this much like what happened to the car industry.. when in tough times they moved to 0% loans and very loan rates. that was mid 80's and unless you have really crappy credit they have never gone above 4 to 6% since and you see them all the time low.Now I know the auto industry obviously pays the rates down. but he psychology of borrowing is the same..I know I wont buy a new car unless I get 0 or 1% I will just wait till the sale comes around.. and I only buy new..

The other two pictures on it and they were more discretionary things; a 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle and a picture of the Saturday night Nascar Race at Bristol, TN held every August that I want to take my uncle too.I'm sure they will happen, I browse the Chevelle's at every car show I go to with my buddies, too busy plowing all my money into Real Estate though!..
