Great tip for my Military Veterans

Hello everyone, I just wanted to give 2 tips to my military veterans on what could help then get a head start in the RE world. Before i get started just wanted to disclose that I am not affiliate with any of the companies below nor do i benefit from it.

1. The Home depot and lowes 10% discount, I am sure many already know this but for those who dont, it works perfect if you are a rehabber and if you have a home depot or lowes credit card its even better with the no interest promotions.

2. This one is important, the top 3 credit unions for vets and specially for investing purpose are USAA, NFCU and Penfed. If you are self employed and you apply for a mortgage with USAA, believe me when i say this from experience, its TEN times easier and faster to get approve then you would get with a credit union or bank outside of any military credit unions. If you want to refince or get a Heloc then Penfed is the way to go and they have one of the lowest APR. If you need a business account then NFCU is the way to go because ITS FREE with no minimum, monthly or hidden fees. How many business accounts out there are 100% free?

These are the 2 tips I have personally done, I do know about the VA home loan but i have never use it so i cant speak for it. Hope this was useful information for many.
