Is there a good reason you would not want every adult living in your property not to have it.Obviously, 1 policy per family, but you reference 3 non related adults.  

Also, in many states, all one partner has to do is claim domestic abuse and you MUST let her out of the lease.All adults over 18 must be screened and on the lease.
