When talking to friends, family and even to each other we keep getting asked and asking ourselves "How would we survive this depression, or crash everyone keeps talking about!"

I'm friends with his sons and son in law which is why he's given me a few months to see this deal through but I'm running out of time. 

They are incredibly investor friendly and so far have been very great to work with.

Where I have family/friends that would be willing to manage my properties and do repair work for me.

At this point even when my closest high school friends ask me to Joint Venture i explain that we will have a lawyer write up everything. 

Hello Bigger pocket community, I am currently searching for a investor friendly community lender in the Columbus OH area.

If, on the other hand, an investment is made available only to a few close friends or associates, and if these investors have significant influence over how the investment is managed, then it is probably not a security.This is why it is an absolute must to have a good attorney draft your agreement and for you to understand it.

I would be very concerned that they didn't really have the cash up front to handle the move, given that that I believe the laws in NJ are more tenant friendly if they continue to be a problem and an eviction is warranted eventually.
