Searching for investor friendly community lenders in Columbus OH

Hello Bigger pocket community, I am currently searching for a investor friendly community lender in the Columbus OH area. I am in the market for a multi family property in class B or C neighborhoods in good school districts. I’d like to start the process for getting pre approved as I have the funds for a 20-25% down on a property under 100k, any help would be much appreciated!
