I'll have the agent send me the contracts for each so I can review, but any other advice is appreciated.

The LP should reference the Case No. its associated with and since most counties in Fl have the Civil Action case files on line you would be able to pull it up and review the litigation to figure out what it's about.

I used a rockstar realtor recommended by a friend and who had amazing Zillow reviews.

That being said, stick to the lenders on BP who have a long list of positive reviews from actual bigger pockets users. 

The fact that the bullet traveled from front to back also demonstrates it was from the outside.When a mother discovers two bullet holes, doesn't review the camera footage, doesn't call the police, and acts like it's not a big deal, then I would be concerned.
