I don't have personal capital to put down, however, what would be the best options to secure financing to buy and then finance the build until at least the first house can be built/sold (am in a suburb of Boston, so there is high demand for SFH).

It covers over 300 towns including some of the most active markets in the country (Boston and Worcester).

Properties close to public transportation and the expressway would be a plus!

Of course, you can always rent the best suite at the Hilton, fly first class, and use a limo for transportation to go check on your annual rentals and deduct all of that!
