And he starts telling me the story of sending 20k to one company for due diligence and they strung him along and never funding  So a fake I am sure.. then he did it again only this time 30k..

I have been approached by a company that focuses on business travelers for longer stays that would like to rent and furnish my place and then they would be renting it out on weekly/monthly basis.   

I had my buyer lined up and we did plan on selling the LLC from day one, so I gave it a fitting name that would compliment my buyers parent company which was Brown Bear Construction.

How do I proceed and does the realtor or title company have any responsibility for confirming the property was vacant when it was not?

Hello BP, How are PM companies finding properties to manage and what are investors looking for in a property management company?

Why do these companies feel like they need to charge so much, especially upfront?

We're hoping to rent a unit to an employee of a company- Basically, the company is assuming the costs of the rental and paying for it for their employee to stay in it.

If it were me, I would go after listings with big, national management companies. 

His company is Bullseye Real Estate We've used him mostly for small scale repairs, i.e. build a bathroom, repair the roofing, patch drywall, paint, kitchen install, masonry repair (front steps) etc.
