So within 7 months of deciding to get into real estate and watching ( current number of BP podcast at 201), and reading automatic millionaire, Richest man in Babylon and some Gary Keller books, and most of the rich dad poor dad series, and watching a ton of YouTube videos and taking experienced professionals out to eat and gain their insight and knowledge, I can say I reached my goal of purchasing 2 properties.

I know older bigger pockets videos pushed this but no...Like others have said, go to the meetups not to get to know people but for people to get to know you.

I want a resource I can give my company that will help them know exactly what they need to invest in residential/multi family real estate, but they aren’t studious enough to dig through these forums or pick information out of podcasts/YouTube videos.

@Tim Emery I saw a video that some investors did on the Pueblo/CO Springs/Denver markets and I'm not sure why they viewed the properties they did in Pueblo. 

It is possible to retrofit an apartment with a smart lock, video doorbell, smart thermostat, voice and app controlled lights, smart interconnected smoke alarms etc.,  How much rent premium will your tenants pay?
