Visit the local library or Barnes 'n Noble and read all the classics: Rich Dad, Poor Dad; the Richest Man in Babylon; Think and Grow Rich; etc. 

REI is vast, not just through buy/sell/flip or wholesaling.

After reading that, move on to the Bigger Pockets library.

The vast majority of REO properties are on the MLS (its a requirement and part of the banks process).

And the vast majority of people, even advisors, don't know what they are doing. 

Try and connect the dots and fill in the gaps of what the person in their situation knows and doesn't know.If you can build up a library of articles like this then you'll start getting some good traction and your pages will naturally rise up the rankings.I hated writing these articles so I hired it out.  

Both the library and book stores have a wealth of information. 

With no experience our first step was to the library and to learn more online. 

I definitely feel like my goals can be accomplished because of the vast amounts of information on this site ! 

You can also place signs on the bulletin boards of your local dry cleaners, mom & pop grocery stores, libraries, etc.Since you don't have any money, I would also suggest driving the neighborhoods for vacant/distressed houses to try and contact the owner.Also listen to all of the podcasts on here, with interviews with wholesalers.
