Where do I start?

Hello, I am a new 22 years old and recently started gaining interest in real estate investing. Someday, I would like to be able to flip houses while also renting out some property. However, I don't really have a stable cash flow at the moment. I'm really eager to take the first step in my investing journey, but I don't know where to start. So, I guess my first question is what should be my first goal? Do I save up for rental property first?
