I have a unique situation in which I leased a car (2017 Jeep Wrangler) I love it and I am looking to buy it before the lease ends, and keeping it forever till it dies.

My thoughts are to build new, but have a niche market that's looking for something just a little different, perhaps...Any thoughts would be great on choosing a unique sales position on a floor plan would be great.

I have what I consider a unique opportunity which my wife and I have grown over the last couple of decades.

Probably the reason it's not a hot topic is due to the uniqueness of the accounts, with so many variables at work for each investor.

I need to find out what the rationale is with the local title companies - I'm not the only one with a wholesale property to move around here and its not a situation unique to me.
