This would be my first time obtaining a LOC on a commercial property.

It's not a requirement to obtain a leasing agent license in Chicago either, but I need to become more knowledgeable about the fair housing laws, property management 101, ownership/title, etc.

Hello Jared,I'm in the process of obtaining my PA real estate license to work as an agent and build a rental portfolio of my own, as I've been a property manager in the past and now want to use that experience for my own benefit! 

I got the majority of my documents from Brandon Turner's How to Manage Rental Properties book but thought it would be a good idea to make sure I am crossing my T's and dotting my I's (don't want to miss any caveats that are specific to Missouri Laws).
