@Brian Ly there are several RI and Massachusetts folks here on BP :)

If you mean in-person meetings, RI has the RI Real Estate Investors Group and Mass has several groups throughout the state. I've been to Black Diamond REI which alternates between Worcester and Burlington.

Both groups have switched to meeting virtually until their states’ stay-at-home orders are lifted, of course.
