Any Luck with Craigslist as a Source Of Free Marketing?

Hi guys,

I hope everyone is doing well, and my apologies if this has been asked before which it probably has. Is anyone out there using Craigslist Marketplace to find motivated sellers? If so, are you posting ads or just reaching out to FSBO? I would definitely appreciate any insight. Right now our marketing budget is a little tight as we work through our first few deals. Obviously free means free so it's not the best source. Looking forward to getting some opinions. Thanks.

@Mike Imbriglio Craigslist is pretty bottom of the barrel as far as lead generation these days. Motivated sellers have a plethora of options if they need to sell their house in a hurry. Most of the ads I see on Craigslist these days are either wholesalers, scammers, seller finance sellers or landlords.
