If you're a Jazz fan and want to go to a game my lender and I do give always for our clients every month and I'm pretty sure we could hook you up with some sweet tickets ;) We love helping our clients find awesome rental units and we have a great time doing it.  

I am starting my Real Estate business in the Clearfield, UT area with plans to stay within 20 miles, unless a very sweet deal presents itself outside of that area.

I can either wait until I'm back to work and use a conventional loan from fannie mae, or jump right in with a private lender such as b2r finance at an interest rate of 6.5%-7.5%.My target property is ~100k, and I'm targeting the sweet spot where I can get optimal cash flow and good prospective appreciation.

This house was a disaster, but when it was done it was so sweet.

My sweet spot is 47th st and west in the 3000-4400 blocks.

Given, in our market, if you ignore all the positive benefits that others are factoring in, it makes it harder to bid.. until you find those sweet deals!
